Cancelation, Refund & Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and hope that you will be very satisfied with your purchase. As an original custom-made wood sign shop, we do not hold a lot of pre-carved inventory and most of our signs are custom created to order. Please review our policy or ask any questions before purchasing to ensure a worry free experiance. Our hope is to provide your family with high quality signs that can be handed down for generations to come!
Cancellations
Please place your order carefully. You must contact jon@easystreetsignshop.com as quickly as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Usually a order can be stopped or changed, but once we start actual production there is no way to cancel the order. This can be a very small window to cancel an order, let us know right away!
Returns/Refunds
Original Wood Carvings
Returns on original carvings are accepted, although items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of your purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (this doesn’t include holiday work after the holiday passed).
Custom Wood Carvings
We will gladly remake or refund your money for any mistake made on our end. However, it is imperative that the information we are given with respect to names and dates is 100% accurate. We cannot reimburse for incorrect information provided to us. Our policy is that there is no returns on personalized/custom signs. Please review proof very carefully before accepting!
If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to jon@easystreetsignshop.com. Merchandise returned without contacting customer service will not be processed correctly.
If we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item(s). Email: jon@easystreetsignshop.com
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@75easystreet.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at jon@easystreetsignshop.com and we will send our return address. Shipping costs for returning your item and receipt of new is the responsibility of the buyer.
We will do our best to help resolve any issues to achieve your satisfaction.
